after last weekend's patriot's win at houston in overtime, tuna boy asked me if i had this magical feeling that the patriots just couldn't lose. he said he never felt that the patriots were in trouble even though they made some very costly mistakes and didn't wrap up it up until they were a minute or so away from a tie. i told him that i was not as confident as he was.
i can't wait to see what tuna boy has to say about today's game. the patriots blew a 21 pt second half lead in indianapolis. the colts (also 9-2 coming into today) had the ball on the patriots goal line trailing by 4 pts with less than a minute to play. i honestly thought the patriots were done. but they stopped the colts from gaining that 1 winning yard 4 times. i couldn't believe my eyes. what an incredible stand the patriots made to win this game. it would have been a devastating defeat to lose after having such a huge lead. i probably would have needed to add a new tv to my christmas list.
