i've been listening to a lot of sonic youth lately. their new cd (released this past tuesday), rather ripped, is quite awesome. the double-shot of "what a waste" followed by "jams run free" just might be my favorite 2 song combo of the year. i can't believe they're 20 albums into their career and still as relevant as they are. and cool as fuck, too.
